How it's made
Organic Linen is fabric that is made from flax that is farmed without any use of toxic chemicals or pesticides as it grows in a habitat natural to it and so is pest resistant. It also requires very little fertiliser, and no irrigation as it can thrive with rainwater alone. This makes the process of creating the fabric very sustainable and eco friendly.Â
Its benefits
- Moisture absorbing and breathable which makes it a great fabric for summertime.
- Highly durable; strong while wet but actually gets softer with each wash.
- A biodegradable material, even after it is no longer used, it will not contribute to pollution.
- The versatility of linen makes it an ideal choice for many uses, from apparel to furnishings to homeware.
